Comments: I had Henry build me a single room ground floor addition to my house, a 3rd bedroom. I found H.F. Schwartz to be the consummate contractor. He provided more details on his estimate than any of the other 4 contractors I received bids from. He's been exceedingly patient working with me and I can't overstate how confident I feel about the work that he's doing and his integrity as a person. I've heard horror stories from others, so I'm aware of what CAN go wrong, but I never once felt there was any reason to mistrust H.F. Schwartz and his team. Work progressed at a steady clip and was of the highest quality. I feel very lucky to have had H.F. Schwartz and his crew to work with on this, my first major renovation ever. Bottom line: top-notch work from a contractor with integrity.        

Comments: HF Schwartz is hands down the most professional and consciencous contractor I have ever dealt with.  My project was somewhat complex, and Henry paid great attention to detail to make sure construction plugged right along.  He is extremely knowledgeable and very honest. Initial pricing was a bit higher than other bidders, but I chose HF Schwartz because I felt he understood the job better and would provide a higher quality product. I would not hesitate to use HF Schwartz again.
